PMP Exam Prep - Onsite
The PMP® (short for the Project Management Professional) certification is globally recognized, and project managers with this designation are often compensated higher than their non-certified peers. “PMP” is a registered trademark of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The certification is often considered the “gold standard” in project management. Seasoned project managers that have experience managing the entire project life cycle, leading and directing project teams, and have in-depth knowledge of project management should consider applying to take the PMP® Exam to obtain the designation.
PMP® candidates will have to document their project management experience as part of the PMP® exam application process. All applications are subject to audit by the PMI. Candidates that are approved to take the test will take a 200-question exam to demonstrate their knowledge of project management. The current price to take the exam is $405 for PMI members and $555 for Non-members. To maintain the PMP® designation, practitioners must earn 60 professional development units ( or PDUs) every three years.
Our course will help prepare you to take the PMP exam through classroom discussions, review of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide, tests by knowledge areas, and other time tested methods. Our trainers are all certified PMP's with years of professional project management experience.
